I'm Priyanka Swamy, owner of Perfect Locks LLC. I love speaking to customers and helping them make informed decisions about their hair needs. My customers say that they continue to shop at Perfect Locks again and again because they find our service to be extremely helpful and love the fact that we go above and beyond with customer service.

I'm originally from Bangalore, India and have formal education in Bachelors of Architecture from R.V. College of Engineering. Before founding Perfect Locks, I started a successful architectural firm in 2002 with a focus in turnkey interiors that served several multi-national corporations.

I started Perfect Locks because of my passion to help people feel and look beautiful. My husband Gautama and I built the Perfect Locks Hair Company together to serve the needs of those who desired high quality Indian hair extensions. With our deep-rooted connections to India and its culture, we built our business by importing the most beautiful Indian human hair extensions directly from India.

Perfect Locks began as an offline business, catering to many individuals and stylists craving for quality Indian human hair products. The quality of hair and customer satisfaction started spreading by word of mouth. We soon realized that Perfect Locks would benefit from an online shopping experience, as well! In April of 2007, the first version of PerfectLocks.com was launched with the Perfect Locks blog to follow.

In June of 2007 the ecommerce site was launched along with a phone line to help customers who had questions about the product. The response was overwhelming. Individuals, stylists, and salons from all over the world started raving about our Perfect Locks products. Customers started sending in pictures and submitting unanimous positive reviews about the products and company.

Our short-term goals for the company include expanding the Indian hair product line and diversifying sales through sales representatives and wholesale distributors. Longer-term goals are to continually grow our customer base by providing superior hair extension products and positive experiences to customers all over the world.
